Sweet Dreams contains 4 harmoniously blended essential oils to promote relaxation and tranquility:

Lavender is the queen of essential oils and possesses a soothing aroma. It is particularly renowned for its ability to promote restful sleep. It has powerful skin-preserving qualities and is a wonderful aid in the cell regeneration process.

Incense is associated with spirituality and meditation, and it lends a warm, spicy, and mystical aroma to the blend. It has a calming effect on emotions and relieves stress.

Clary sage has a sweet, slightly nutty fragrance. Its joyful, "letting go" quality improves mood, while also acting as a tonic for many bodily systems.

Geranium adds a floral touch of powdery, sweet rose, and minty fragrance to the blend. It has a gentle, balancing effect and is uplifting without being overly stimulating.

Clarity Blend body oils are formulated with a combination of plant oils:

Almond oil is a light, vitamin-rich oil suitable for all skin types, but especially for sensitive skin. It helps soothe dry, irritated skin and prevents moisture loss.

Jojoba oil contains minerals essential for protecting and nourishing collagen. Easily absorbed, it is an excellent carrier oil for essential oils.

Vitamin E neutralizes the effects of free radicals to help prevent damage caused by daily pollution and UV rays.

Instructions for use

Apply a small amount to one palm and rub your hands together to warm the oil. Massage onto dry skin after showering or bathing. Apply with long, flowing strokes towards the heart to stimulate circulation.
